Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026 · Applies to the mobile game Fuel Stop (iOS, bundle id com.devsma.fuelstop) published by devsma (Muhammet Aktaş).
1. The short version
- Fuel Stop has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, e-mail or password.
- Your game progress is stored on your device. We do not upload it to our servers.
- The game shows optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob) and offers optional in-app purchases (Apple). These partners process some technical data as described below.
- We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the game is played in aggregate (for example which day players reach).
2. Data stored on your device
Your station, money, gems, settings (language, sound, music, notifications) and your purchase entitlements are saved in the app's local storage on your phone. Deleting the app deletes this data. We never see it.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ads are only shown when you choose to watch one to earn a bonus. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may process: the device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt), IP address, approximate location derived from it, device model and OS version, app identifier, and ad interaction events. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland a consent dialog (Google UMP) is shown before any ad is loaded and you can change your choice from the game's settings. If you decline tracking, you still get ads, but they are not personalised. Google's policies: How Google uses data in ads, Google Privacy Policy.
The "Ad-free bonuses" purchase grants the ad bonuses without showing ads.
4. In-app purchases (Apple)
Purchases of gems, the starter pack and the ad-free option are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only an anonymous transaction/receipt confirmation to unlock the content; we never receive your payment details. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. Purchased non-consumable items can be restored on the same Apple ID with the "Restore purchases" button.
5. Analytics (Firebase)
Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage events (app opened, day reached, purchase made, ad reward collected) together with device model, OS version, country derived from IP, and an app-instance identifier that is reset when you reinstall the app. We use this only to improve the game. Data is retained by Google for up to 14 months. Firebase privacy information.
6. Notifications
If you allow it, the game schedules local notifications on your device (for example when a construction finishes or the daily bonus is ready). These are created on the device; no notification server is involved. You can turn them off in the game's settings or in iOS Settings.
7. Children
Fuel Stop is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the ad partners, contact us and we will help you address it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA and similar laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold account data, most requests concern the ad and analytics partners: you can reset your advertising identifier and withdraw tracking consent in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you can change the ad consent inside the game. For anything else, e-mail us.
9. Security and transfers
Technical data processed by Google and Apple may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including the United States, under those companies' safeguards (such as EU standard contractual clauses).
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced in the app.
