My purchase didn't arrive.
Open Menu → Gem shop → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't show up, send us the App Store receipt e-mail.
I changed phones. Is my progress gone?
Progress is stored on the device. An iPhone-to-iPhone transfer or an iCloud device backup keeps it; a fresh install starts a new station. Cloud save is on our roadmap.
Can I turn off the ads?
There are no forced ads. Ads only play when you tap a "watch ad" bonus. The Ad-free bonuses purchase grants those bonuses without ads.
How do I delete my data?
Fuel Stop has no accounts and no server-side data. Deleting the app removes all your game data from the device. To stop ad personalisation, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
